**MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/MOA**

ACMS Ultrasound Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated and caring individual to provide receptionist duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Check in patients, provide a warm and welcoming environment.
- Schedule and coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments, ensuring accurate referrals and smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with pre-examination instructions and ensure they are prepared for procedures.
- Chaperone duties as required.
- Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure timely patient procedures and accurate reporting.
- Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and perform clerical tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing.
- Address and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Formal training in Medical Office Administration (MOA) is required with one year’s experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Familiarity with RIS and PACS software.
- Ability to type 40-50 wpm.
- Effective communication and teamwork with multi-disciplinary team.
- Thrives in a busy clinic environment utilizing multitasking skills.
- Ability to promote and support effective communication and collaboration.
- Dedication to maintaining high quality and integrity.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- Able to travel between clinics as required.

**Scheduled Hours of Work**:
Days, Evenings and Weekends as required. Hours will be based on availability.

**Job Types**: Full-Time

**Salary**: $18.84 /hour
