Overall responsibility for strategic and operational directions to multi-unit restaurants and achieving financial targets as set by the annual budget plans.
Provide guidance and support to the Restaurant Managers to ensure key operational parameters are met by making use of the company’s internal systems and procedures.
Build a strong climate of customer service excellence by providing consistent and meaningful feedback, monitoring training, and identifying team members ready for advancement.
Ensure strict adherence to the company’s internal control policies.
Perform weekly audits and location visits.
Interface effectively with all levels of internal staff and external stakeholders and positively promote the brand in the community.
Maintain and demonstrate professional work ethics, moral integrity and positive attitude.
Excellent understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
Have a winning attitude and a proven record of effective training and developing teams
Proven ability to work well under pressure and be solution oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Post-Secondary degree is an asset
Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
