Behaviour Technician

**What’s your role as Behaviour Technician?**
- Implement ABA based behaviour strategies, naturalistic teaching, group-based teaching, back prompting, and generalization and maintenance procedures
- Deliver group teaching to target the six domains of school readiness (i.e., communication, play, social interaction, functional routines, behaviour self-management, and pre-academics, learning and attention).
- Implement treatment recommendations from multiple disciplines
**What skills are we looking for?**
- University degree or College Diploma in a relevant field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a childcare setting and/or a group learning environment
- Experience delivering ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or intellectual disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and an understanding of child development
- Enthusiastic and excited to work and communicate in a team environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

**Salary Range**:Approx. $47,000-51,000 (as of 2024)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $47,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
