Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. Job Type: Part-time, contract, temporary. Hourly

Salary: $21-24/hr

Job setting: Community-based in Whitby and surrounding areas. Travel is required.

Schedule: Varied hours

Take an inside look at what you will do each day:

- Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions

- Collect and graph data

- Maintain client binders and materials

- Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff

- Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

- Uphold Centre policies and procedures

- Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House

- Attend Monarch House social and public events

Here is what you will need to be successful:

- Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning

- Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)

- Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

- Must be open to 2-3 evening shifts a week

- Must be open to travelling and have access to a reliable vehicle as needed
