Inside Sales Administrator

**Pivot Safety Products**, a division of **RSG International**, is the leading distributor of roadside safety products, proudly serving Canadians since 2013. Our core products include a wide range of end terminals, guide rail systems, high-tension cable systems, sign supports, reduced exposure products, and temporary construction barriers (TCB). Pivot offers a broad range of products that have been tested under North American crash test standards with a commitment to the ongoing development of roadside safety products through quality and reliability.
**Summary**
We are looking to add an** Inside Sales Administrator** to our team in Stouffville. Please note that this is NOT a call centre of outbound sales position.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for taking customer calls and orders
- Prepare and place purchase orders, sales order, work orders for maintenance requests etc.
- Assist with quote preparations on a regular basis
- Expedite orders as required to support the replenishment of inventory
- Manage customer and supplier relationships and tracking systems to ensure satisfactory service standards are met
- Maintain lines of communication with internal and external suppliers and customers
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure the administrative needs are met
- Prepare reports related to sales, purchasing and inventory by collecting and analyzing information
- Prepare orders for invoicing, verifying that all the details are included and correct on various goods and services as required
- Responsible for duties such as filing, quote tracking, internal material transfers etc.
- Administration task to include new hire set-ups (issuing/deactivating building access cards, fuel access, vending machine access, assigning lockers, fuel cards)
- Other Duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong asset
- Completed post secondary education
- Must have some experience with basic accounting, sales and inventory
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an asset but not a requirement
- Must have excellent working knowledge of accounting software (ie ACCPACC) and Microsoft office products such as Excel, Outlook and Word etc.
- Must have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure
