**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new distributors in strategic global markets, ensuring alignment with Norgen Biotek’s goals.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to distributors, helping them increase sales and improve market penetration.
- Lead negotiations for distributor agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze global market trends, economic factors, and regional challenges.
- Provide actionable insights to distributors to navigate economic shifts and seize market opportunities.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, product presentations, and workshops for distributors.
- Set clear KPIs for distributors and track their performance against established benchmarks.
- Develop improvement plans for underperforming distributors and celebrate achievements with high-performing partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in international distributor management, business development, or sales within the life sciences or biotechnology industry.
- Strong analysis, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of global markets, trade regulations, and cultural dynamics.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
