Are you an experienced mortgage professional with an eye for detail and a passion for compliance? We're seeking a **Mortgage Compliance Officer** to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This role is critical in ensuring our brokerage operates with the utmost integrity and adheres to industry regulations.

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Licensed mortgage broker with **2+ years of experience** in the Canadian mortgage brokering industry.
- Proven knowledge of the **Mortgage Broker Act**, **FINTRAC**, and **BCFSA** guidelines.

**Skills**:

- In-depth expertise in mortgage broker compliance packages, including:

- Fixed credit disclosure forms
- Open credit disclosure forms
- MPP
- Form 10
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with **extremely high attention to detail**.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach to working with brokers.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review and process mortgage compliance packages** to ensure accuracy and alignment with all regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes in **FINTRAC** and **BCFSA** guidelines, proactively adjusting practices to maintain compliance.
- Conduct and review **annual AML searches** with diligence and care.
- Support brokers with expert guidance on compliance matters and deliver exceptional customer service.
