Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Consultant Assistant located in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Mortgage Consultant Assistant will support the consultants by gathering client information, preparing loan applications, managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication with the Lead Mortgage Consultant. The role involves ensuring a seamless loan application process and providing administrative assistance to meet client expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in data management, administrative support, and organizational skills Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members Basic knowledge of financial concepts, loan application processes, or any relevant mortgage industry experience Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively Experience with office tools like Microsoft Office or relevant CRM systems Customer service orientation and problem‑solving capabilities Adaptability to work in both office and remote environments Previous experience in a financial or brokerage setting is an asset Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Finance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
