**Your Role**

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll:

- Ensuring the kitchen is clean and meets hygienic standards at all times.
- Preparing food for the WXYZ bar according to recipes and portion standards.
- Pre-prepping all menu items based on occupancy levels and operational needs.
- Controlling food and operating costs on an ongoing basis.
- Minimizing food wastage and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared to the correct recipes and quantities.
- Stocking and maintaining the Refuel food area to ensure availability at all times.
- Monitoring the quality of food production, preparation, and presentation.
- Completing weekly inventory to track and manage stock levels.
- Performing opening and closing duties as required.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Food Handling Certification
- Smart Serve Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
