Your Role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll:

• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and meets hygienic standards at all times.
• Preparing food for the WXYZ bar according to recipes and portion standards.
• Pre-prepping all menu items based on occupancy levels and operational needs.
• Controlling food and operating costs on an ongoing basis.
• Minimizing food wastage and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
• Ensuring all menu items are prepared to the correct recipes and quantities.
• Stocking and maintaining the Refuel food area to ensure availability at all times.
• Monitoring the quality of food production, preparation, and presentation.
• Completing weekly inventory to track and manage stock levels.
• Performing opening and closing duties as required.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Food Handling Certification
• Smart Serve Certification is an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
