The Receptionist is a key member of the Georgetown Volkswagen team in providing high-quality service for every customer. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and hosting customers in the dealership and greeting and directing customers on the phone. **Job Duties**:

- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage cash control for sales, service, and parts transactions accurately.
- Process daily vehicle licensing and registration for new and pre-owned sales with Service Ontario.
- Maintain organized service filing and accurate daily sales traffic logs.
- Ensure the service waiting area and refreshment station are clean and inviting.
- Assist with social media management to enhance the dealership’s online presence.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Preferably at least one year of experience as a receptionist, especially within retail.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
