Content Creator

**Role Overview**:GGG Marketing seeks a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Manager adept at producing compelling content, particularly for TikTok, and Instagram/ Facebook while managing direct client relationships via social media. As the nexus between our clients and the wider online community, this role demands a blend of creative prowess, strategic thinking, and impeccable communication skills in both English and French. Must have superb organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management & Outreach**
- Oversee, manage, and respond to DMs across client pages and GGG Marketing's official Instagram page and other social media page and transfer to the correct department if needed.
- Proactively outreach to potential clients on various social platforms.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.

**Content Creation**
- Develop, produce, and post engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook tailored to both our agency and our clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and generate fresh content ideas.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

**Platform Expertise**
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Employ platform-specific strategies to optimize engagement and growth.

**Client Acquisition & Commission Structure**
- Seek and onboard new clients independently, while always representing the GGG Marketing brand. This gives you the opportunity to make an extra income on top of your base salary with only a comission to be given to GGG Marketing. Kind of like REMAX and its Realtors.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring a commission percentage is remitted to GGG Marketing as per the company's guidelines.

**Team Collaboration & Task Management**
- Work closely with the internal team to create cohesive content across all platforms.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks given by clients and managers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (NOT REQUIRED ONLY A BONUS)
- Proven experience in content creation, especially for TikTok, with a strong portfolio.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.

**Bonus Qualification**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
