Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- New quotes and renewals on all types of business
- Supervise staff, scheduling, administration, and office workflow
- Update evaluators when necessary
- Offer additional products to provide Complete Customer Portfolios
- Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment)
- Keep abeyances updated and current
- Accounts Receivable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- At least five years of insurance experience
- Strong supervisory skills
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, administrative, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Company Portal knowledge is an asset
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word & Excel
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant
