AllWest is one of the largest Autoplan Insurance Agencies in British Columbia, with 5 branches representing the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley and Surrey). As the Road **Agent Coordinator/Dispatcher** on shift, this person is responsible for coordinating our team of mobile insurance agents, ensuring that our partner dealership clients receive service within a reasonable time frame. In addition to responding to dealership service calls, the Road Coordinator coordinates, books appointments for future Insurance service calls, and ensures that the road is run smoothly.

This position would be an excellent fit for somebody looking for a fast-paced, stimulating job that requires you to think on your feet and work with a sense of urgency. Dispatchers can work work at any of our 5 branch locations in the lower mainland.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assesses client needs and schedule Insurance service delivery for licensed mobile road agents
- Monitors the service delivery status to ensure all service requests are handled promptly
- Resolves client's concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalates service issues to management in a timely manner
- Works within the branches to foster positive relationships to we meet our service level standards with our dealer partners
- Other duties as assigned

- Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Strong team player
- Able to work independently with frequent interruptions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Hours include, weekdays, evenings and weekends
