What You'll Do As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of projects in your discipline—ensuring safety, quality, and performance from planning to execution. You'll lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive results across diverse scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site and scope management with a focus on safety, quality, and execution.
- Leadership and mentorship for superintendents and field teams.
- Workflow optimization, resource planning, and progress tracking.
- Client and subcontractor relationship management.
- Coordination of planning meetings, inspections, and field activities.
- Financial oversight, including cost control and forecasting.
- Safety leadership and SIMOPS management.
What You Bring
- Engineering degree or technical diploma.
- 10+ years of experience in Land, Marine, Subcontracts, or Mechanical construction.
- Proven success in large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
- Flexibility to work in remote locations and adapt to dynamic schedules.

Compensation & Benefits
