**Job Overview**:
We're seeking dedicated, safety-conscious Flaggers/TCPs to join our team As a crucial member, you'll ensure construction site and roadwork area safety by directing traffic and maintaining a safe environment for workers and the public.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
**Duties**
- Direct traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.
- Ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians by monitoring traffic patterns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents.
- Set up and dismantle traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.
- Assist in paving operations by coordinating with heavy equipment operators.
- Maintain a clear understanding of site plans and safety protocols.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
**Requirements**:
- 2 Years experience as a Flagger and Paving or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.
- Willingness to learn about paving operations and assist as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
