Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities as necessary

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budgeting processes
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.50 per hour
