**OPERATIONS MANAGER**
Our client is seeking their next **Operations Manager** to take the reins on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dynamic installation and service teams. As the face of operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed with efficiency and excellence, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. With a focus on inspiring top performance and fostering a positive work environment, you'll be a key member of our leadership team.

**SUMMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the install and service teams
- Schedule Management: maintaining the schedule and ensuring there is always work in front of the team
- Operations: supervising staff, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing install and service processes, and building relationships in the community.
- Key member of the Leadership Team ensuring that all operations are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, attending weekly management meetings and providing updates on key operational metrics.
- Training and support provided to all employees
- Health and Safety compliance, responsible for creating and implementing safety procedures and protocols.
- Manage the financial aspects of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the organization is financially stable.
- Managing Third Parties/Vendors and suppliers, ensuring that contracts are in place and that the organization is receiving the best value for its purchases.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field experience
- Must have experience with scheduling software, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
