Established in 1931, Cutten Fields has grown over the years and now offers a year round venue for casual and fine dining, banquets, weddings, social events and various other functions, as well as Golf & Tennis.

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Manager and Head Servers in all aspects of the F&B Operations. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for the continual development of the service staff, marketing, inventory control & purchasing, building security and health and safety.

**We are looking for someone to**:

- Assist management team in controlling day-to-day operation of the department
- Assist in monitoring of PAR levels
- Assist in division of duties of daily staff
- Assist with the training of and motivation of staff
- Ensure club is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relative to food and beverage operations
- Table service and bartending
- Appropriately assist staff with member concerns and rectify immediately. If a solution is not possible at this level then approaching the Food and Beverage Manager as to eliminate the concern from reoccurring
- Ensure doors are properly locked when closing up
- Special projects as required by Food and Beverage Manager
- Any other duties as required

**The person we are looking for**:

- Has at least 2 years of Supervisor or Manager experience in Hospitality
- MUST be Smart Serve Certified
- Executes all departmental goals and objectives
- Ensures the highest of Food & Beverage standards
- Ensures highest sanitation, safe work procedures
- Must be able to work **frequent** evenings and weekends

- Has a sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Shows strong leadership skills
- Values Health & Safety and has prior experience
- Is highly organized, goal and results oriented with an ability to execute plans and manage change effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Able to problem solve quickly and effectively

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
