**ROLE**:Food and Beverage Operator

**REPORTS TO**:Production Manager

**LOCATION**:Guelph

We are looking for an Food and Beverage Operator to join our Production Team Our Food and Beverage Operator is responsible for standardizing milk flavors, homogenization and operation of the High Temperature Short Time Pasteurizer. During this process, the operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the facilities second CCP (Critical Control Point) and to ensure it meets all government standards and regulations.

- You have at least 1 year experience in a Fluid Manufacturing facility or are eager to learn.

- Commitment to on-going personal development within the organization.
- PMCG License
- Knowledge, interest, or training in food safety and/or fluid processing equipment.

**Things you will do**
- Follow operating procedures and be responsible for efficiency, sanitation, good housekeeping and accurate record keeping.
- Ensure that all products are pasteurized and homogenized.
- Monitor the facilities second CCP (Critical Control Point).
- Run and maintain pasteurizer and other related equipment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products.
- Monitor and adjust product composition important to the quality of the product.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
- Perform mathematical calculations to accurately fortify product.
- Perform all jobs in a safe and productive manner.
- Execute tasks to satisfy all Safety, Quality and Sanitation protocols.
- All relevant tasks assigned by the Manager.
