**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring all financial exchanges are accurate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Assist in food preparation and service as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations during peak hours.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous.
- A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$17.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Additional pay:
