  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and restaurant policies.

**Skills**

  • Proficient in Bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes.
  • Experience in Food service or Restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Strong Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with Food handling and Food safety practices.
  • Cashiering experience, including cash handling and operating POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
