Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, possess strong food and beverage knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
  • Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns professionally

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Experience with food preparation, serving, and basic math skills for billing and cash handling
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Hospitality or guest services background is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided to develop necessary skills in food industry standards, serving techniques, and sanitation protocols
