Reporting to the Team Lead, Stock Transfer Operations; the Stock Transfer Administrator, Batcher is responsible for receiving, reviewing and validating of securities received for processing as well as other administrative duties within the Operations Group.
- This role is an in office position (5days/week) in our Toronto office._

Key Accountabilities:
- Timely processing, reviewing, invoicing and validating of securities and supporting documentation to ensure the requirements are in accordance with our policies and procedures.- Receiving and Distribution of items received from the mailroom or counter- Maintenance and administration of operations manual fees-
- Scanning and filing of signed batch tickets- Assembling physical debits processed via virtual remote processing Must Have(s):
- High attention to accuracy and detail- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet turnaround times- Ability to analyze, problem solve and work independently with mínimal supervision- A working knowledge of the securities industry as it relates to back office administration- A willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and responsibilities- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with peers and all levels of the company- Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as required- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Nice Have(s):
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course and similar courses are preferred, but not essential- Previous experience in a securities environment
