**Overview**:
We are looking for a Franchise Store Owner/Operator to lead our, **Strawberry Hill Chalo FreshCo **Located in Surrey, BC. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**What you will demonstrate to us**:

- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership skills
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
- Fluent in both French and English
