**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer requests.
- Ensure all meat is handled safely and in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Package meat products for display or sale, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist customers with their meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the food industry environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in meat cutting or butchering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and regulations within the food industry.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
