Five Corners Meat Co., part of a family-owned global provider of high-quality specialty meat products, has an exciting opportunity for Meat Cutters, based out of our **Edmonton, AB**.
Our parent company, Donald’s Fine Foods is a family-owned business and has operated for over 30 years. We are a specialty meat processing and distribution company spanning six plants in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, serving both domestic and international markets.

**Brief Job Description for the Meat Cutter position.**
**Meat Cutters must be able to perform at least 3 of the following jobs at the line speed**:
- Pre-trimming/Final Trim
- Operate all grind line equipment and sausage stuffer
- Band Saw operator
- Skinner Operator
- Trayer/Overwrapper
- Packaging (roll stock)/Injector/Label Box/Machine Operator
*Minimum knife skills and willingness to be trained
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, and/or pull, weight of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in food manufacturing within a fast-paced environment is an asset
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ensure safe and hygienic practices are applied to all tasks performed
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
**Required PPEs are provided including**:
- Steel-toed boots, Hard hat
- Hearing protection
- Arm Guard, Mesh Gloves, Rubber Gloves
- Apron and Smock
Pay: $21.85 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
