**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met promptly and accurately. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring all items are prepared according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies regarding food safety and hygiene at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service is required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
