**Assistant Manager, Store Operation (British Columbia)**

Store Operation
- Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all aspects, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
- Developing and implementing safety policies, conducting training and inspections with addressing security concerns
- Efficiently managing store space utilization and compliance with relevant regulations
- Leading construction or renovation projects within the store, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals with expectations and requirements
- Tracking and analyzing project progress, budgeting, resource allocation and providing regular status updates to management team and stakeholders
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and up-to-date documentation of project activities

Event Management
- Providing support and consultation for off-site event planning, registration, and preparation.
- Managing resources for various event activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

**Job Requirement**
- A diploma in Facility Management, Operation Management, Business Administration, or combination of education is preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in Retail Industry
- Proven ability to delegate and execute job tasks in timely manner for operational support
- Strong organization, analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels, including staff at sales floor, contractors, vendors and stakeholders from Head Office and Franchisee
- Experience with project management and continuous process improvement is essential
- Good command of written and spoken English, having second language e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese will be a bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
