**Who Are We?**

We are an aircraft parts specialist with two Canadian locations established in 1994.

**Job Overview**:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role includes stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace. Additionally, the position involves picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner while supporting general warehouse operations. Driving the delivery vehicle will be required weekly to deliver and pick up products in the assigned metropolitan area(s). The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with automotive or aircraft parts, along with proficiency in inventory systems, is an asset. A valid G-Class/Class 5 driver’s license is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Process incoming shipments and verify that parts meet quality standards.
- Ensure documentation matches received inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and racks with incoming materials and relocate inventory as needed.
- Perform inventory counting and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Order Fulfillment & Shipping**
- Pick, pack, and ship parts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support warehouse activities such as labeling, organizing, and staging shipments.
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and prepared for delivery.

**Delivery & Logistics**
- Drive the company vehicle to deliver and pick up parts in the assigned metropolitan area(s) as required.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Other Duties as Assigned_

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Training related to distribution, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Experience with automotive or aircraft parts is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid G-Class/Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a delivery van is an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse and delivery-based environment.
- Will involve lifting and moving materials up to 100lbs.
- Travel required for deliveries when required.
