**Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Seafood Preparation Specialist to join our culinary team at the Jean Talon Market. You will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic lobster rolls that impress our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high-quality lobster rolls using traditional.
- Prepare and season lobster meat to enhance its natural flavors.
- Toast and butter hot dog buns to achieve the perfect balance of crispness and softness.
- Assemble lobster rolls with precision and care, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in food truck and food preparation.
- Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety, adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
