- Execute ceviche, oyster, and caviar menus that showcase the freshness, quality, and unique flavors of our ingredients.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene at preparation area.
- Ensure all ceviche, oyster, and caviar dishes are served promptly and with an appealing presentation.
- Participate in tasting events and culinary demonstrations with influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proactive and responsible is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ceviche and Oyster Specialist in a high-end restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Peruvian, Mexican, and caviar cuisine, with a particular focus on preparing fresh, high-quality ceviche, oysters, and caviar.
