**Summary**:
We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and organized Seafood Specialist and Sales Lead to join our culinary team at the Jean Talon Market.

This position offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in preparing and selling high-quality seafood, like oysters, ceviche, and caviar, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

You will be responsible maintaining exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a productive work environment the other members of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and supervise store organization.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
- Effectively manage and replenish seafood inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Provide customer service.
- Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable seafood counter area.
- Contribute to the overall success of the seafood counter by suggesting improvements and implementing new strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume retail or foodservice environment, with a demonstrated ability to prepare and sell seafood products.
- In-depth knowledge of seafood varieties, their characteristics, and proper handling techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to hygiene and food safety, adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
