**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for clients and staff.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail for accurate typing, filing, and proofreading of documents.
- Must have knowledge about automotive industry.
