**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct land surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology to collect data accurately.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps using CAD software.
- Manage and maintain databases of survey data for easy access and analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide necessary survey information for planning and development.
- Analyze geographic information using ArcGIS and other GIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all surveying activities.
- Perform fieldwork in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Familiarity with databases related to surveying data is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Drone Basic pilots license

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
