**Front Desk Customer Service**

As a front desk customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general information about our services and facilities. You will also handle basic administrative tasks, such as taking payments and scheduling appointments.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in customer service and be comfortable using a computer. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Also there is a very good chance that we will have multiple staff on at once, each staff will be expected to swap duties between front desk and “Floater” as your main duties will be to organize and clean the facility ensuring the clients are enjoying the best experience possible.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: From $14.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS B3M 2P1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
