**Responsibilities**:

- Manage third party property managers, And direct manage local assets.
- Own the outcome for all asset under management, and regular reporting to the Investment team.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to maximize cashflow and profits.
- Research and evaluate potential competition and threats in the market.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies.
- Create and maintain financial reporting models.
- Create, set, and achieve Budgets. Conduct financial analysis as needed.
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust as needed.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
