**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- As directed by Warehouse Manager, responsible for the flow of finish goods from the production and printing roller to the warehouse. Must also be fully familiar with all the packaging specifications and be able to perform all Operator and Operator II duties. Must ensure that working conditions and work habits are conducted in a safe manner.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a licensed qualified experienced forklift operator.
- Must be prepared to work in a co-operative environment.
- Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirement.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be able to work in high pace environment
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts that rotate to night shift every 2 months
**WORKPLACE SAFETY**:
- Wears all approved PPE as required in the area of work
- Takes responsibility and is accountable for safety by complying with company rules, regulations, policies, safe practices, and good housekeeping in all production-related activities.
- Acts in a manner of demonstrating and supporting a safe behavior
- Brings forward unsafe conditions/situation by communicating immediately to the on-site supervisor and completing a work observation
- Shares safety great catches and safe conditions/situations by completing a work observation
- Ensures all required safety training (both online and in-class) are completed by the due date
- Conducts safety risk assessment before entering a work station and/or performing a task - leverages the “Stop, Think, Act” model
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines
- To unload production and printing conveyor lines of finished goods and safely store them in the warehouse.
- Must be able to understand the general operation of the warehouse requirements.
- Correctly placing finish goods on correct pallets and safely storing them in the warehouse.
- Ensure that all products are stored in an organized, efficient, and safe manner.
- Arrange for the repair of damaged packaging of the product.
- To transfer finished goods to the storage area and maintain production entry sheets.
- To assist in coffee & lunch break relief at the machine. Receive, ship, store, and transfer material for use in manufacturing
- Perform the related transactions for the stocking of material
- Break down, clean, organize, and prep for manufacturing in accordance with procedure and warehouse requirements
- Assist with a broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, pallet movers, dollies, and carts. Transport materials to and from production and warehouse areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Assist Operators with various material handling duties. Repackaging of materials.
- Understands and applies FIFO principles
