Hiring Experienced Tutors

**Job Summary**:
Canada Ututoring Learning Institute is a **non-profit organization** committed to providing accessible, inclusive and high-quality educational support with an extremely affordable rate.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced **tutors **to join our team. For this position, we are hiring**:

- Elementary Level**: English Writing, Math, French and Sciences Tutors
**- High School Level**: English Writing, Public Speaking/Debate, Math, French, SAT and IELTS Tutors
- **Experience**:_
- For Math we recommend our tutors to have sufficient knowledge on different series of textbooks such as Nelson's, Singapore Math, AoPs, etc.
- For English Related tutoring, you must have a very solid background of English knowledge, in terms of methods to improve children's writing, reading and speaking
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Excellent communication especially expressing skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student based on recommended textbooks
- Provide small group tutoring sessions to students
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals
- Design tests and quizzes to keep track of and enhance students' learning process
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to us and their parents
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum
- Maintain a positive, supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
