**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assess students' learning needs and develop evaluations.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary to ensure comprehension and retention of material.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Foster a love of learning by encouraging curiosity and critical thinking skills among students.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with young children.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating children.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students’ needs simultaneously.
- A background in education or related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
