**Position**:
Lumon Canada is looking for an **energetic and positive sales support team member** - could it be you? As the heart of the support team, you will work alongside 10-12 salespeople and assist them in an administrative capacity. You are **organized and professional**, and you’ll keep the office running smoothly. You enjoy talking on the phone and can speak with customers comfortably, taking down their information and booking appointments on behalf of the sales team. You’ll also coordinate home shows, open houses, and other events. Above all, **you’re eager to learn and grow** within a rapidly expanding sunroom and balcony glazing company.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Welcome customers** to the showroom
- Answer incoming phone calls with cheerfulness and professionalism
- Coordinate **home shows, open houses, and other events**:
- **Allocate leads and book appointments** for the sales team
- Monitor the **live chat** on the website (after company and product training)
- Keep a tidy workspace
- Maintain **office supplies and inventory**:
- **Build relationships** with external vendors and industry organizers
- **Assist with other administrative tasks** as needed
**Qualifications**:
- **Organized and able to multi-task** in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with **computers and company software**:
- Capable of a **high level of professionalism and discretion**:
- Excellent **customer service** skills

You will be reporting to our **Regional Manager** and working out of the showroom from** 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday**. Some Saturdays may be required in the case of special events.
