One of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s founding family wineries, founded in 1982. Today, Reif produces wines from their vineyard first planted in 1977. The winery boasts one of the most sophisticated, educational tasting room experiences in Niagara, complete with themed flights, blind tastings, food pairings and a sensory wine garden. Seeking to hire an enthusiastic professionally driven leader with the primary responsibility of hosting over 100,000 guests annually in our wine boutique and managing a team of 20+ in busy seasons. Requirements of Position: - Wine lover - Able to work on weekends - Able to lift cases of wine - 5+ Years Management experience - Able to support winery with offsite events Primary Duties Include: - Assist customers in selecting wines - Conduct tours and presentation tastings as required - Keep store stocked and tidy throughout the day - Process sales through cash register - Reset tours and tastings throughout the day - organize daily operations - work "Hands on" with the rest of the team - General duties as requested by supervisor Preferred Qualifications: - Smart serve certified **Job Types**: Full-time 40 per week **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Weekend availability Work Location: One location
