- Develop and implement retail standards in accordance to the company vision.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees.
- Create documentation for retail SOPs and work instructions.
- Hire and train associate to deliver superior service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Manage retail and staffing budget.
- Set and meet sales targets.
- Manage relationship with trade partners.
- Manage and execute company events.
- Manage customer relationships and authorize customer refunds.
- Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management.
- Ensure an adequate process is in place for online orders.
- Schedule staff according to store, special events requirement.
- Balance sales, print and record receipts as well as track revenue daily.
- Follows all company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Retail Management
- 4 years of Retail experience
- Beverage alcohol industry knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Demonstrate ability to train and motivate staff
- Maintain an organized and clean workplace
- Weekend availability
- Work overtime as required
