**What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?**

The role of the **Quality Assurance Manager** involves leading and supervising a team of about a dozen people spread across multiple sites and projects with various technologies in an Agile structure.

**How will your contributions be showcased?**

We are also looking to energize the team and optimize our working methods, particularly by using artificial intelligence.

**Qualifications** What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- 5 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Knowledge of best practices related to quality assurance
- Good understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle (SDLC/STLC)
- Good knowledge of the Agile method
- Experience working with the following test automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, or others
- Other technology/tool knowledge - Test management - Xray, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, GIT, an asset
