**QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER**
- We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to manage our quality system strategy by formalizing and implementing a cohesive quality system with our teams in Montreal and Asia. You will be supporting quality initiatives for a fast growing organization with multiple in house and private label brands. We are looking for someone who is capable of focusing on the details, be results driven, and has strong motivation skills.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the quality system activities for the product and supply base including developing and implementing the system, and maintaining its data.
- Work with overseas team on the implementation of these quality systems and drive continuous improvement in supply base.
- Develop and manage quality metrics and incorporate them into a scorecard system that will highlight performance of quality system.
- Collaborate with Montreal and Asia team to foster a continuous improvement culture within company and with our suppliers.
- Review and approve adverse event records and activities to assure product compliance.
- Manage communications with retail partners regarding our quality processes, how product complaints are being addressed and report on return trends.
- Investigate customer complaints and communicate internaly and externaly corrective actions and timing.
- Serve as a topical expert in applicable domestic and international regulations and standards.
- Participate in implementation of Quality Systems like ISO system.
**QUALIFICATIONS***:
- 3-5 years experience as a Quality Manager in a corporate environment
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems like ISO 9000
- Six Sigma / Lean Black Belt Certified
- Experience developing and implementing quality systems
- Ability to writing quality procedures and work instructions
- Knowledge of product reliability testing and statistics. (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to collaborate and positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills

**RESPONSABLE DE L'ASSURANCE QUALITÉ**
Nous recherchons un responsable de l'assurance qualité pour gérer notre stratégie de système de qualité en formalisant et en mettant en œuvre un système de qualité cohésif avec nos équipes à Montréal et en Asie. Vous soutiendrez les initiatives de qualité d'une organisation à croissance rapide qui possède plusieurs marques maison et marques privées. Nous recherchons une personne capable de se concentrer sur les détails, d'être axée sur les résultats et de posséder de solides compétences en matière de motivation.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Gérer les activités du système de qualité pour le produit et la base d'approvisionnement, y compris le développement et la mise en œuvre du système, et la maintenance de ses données.
- Travailler avec l'équipe outre-mer sur la mise en œuvre de ces systèmes de qualité et conduire l'amélioration continue de la base d'approvisionnement.
- Développer et gérer les mesures de qualité et les incorporer dans un système de tableau de bord qui mettra en évidence la performance du système de qualité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de Montréal et d'Asie pour favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue au sein de l'entreprise et avec nos fournisseurs.
- Examiner et approuver les dossiers et les activités relatifs aux événements indésirables afin de garantir la conformité des produits.
- Gérer les communications avec les partenaires de la vente au détail en ce qui concerne nos processus de qualité, la façon dont les plaintes relatives aux produits sont traitées et faire rapport sur les tendances en matière de retour.
- Enquêter sur les plaintes des clients et communiquer en interne et en externe les actions correctives.
- Servir d'expert en matière de réglementation et de normes nationales et internationales applicables.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de systèmes de qualité tels que le système ISO.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable qualité dans un environnement d'entreprise.
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de la qualité tels que ISO 9000
- Certification Six Sigma / Lean Black Belt.
- Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de systèmes de qualité
- Capacité à rédiger des procédures de qualité et des instructions de travail
- Connaissance des tests de fiabilité des produits et des statistiques. (de préférence)
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à collaborer et à influencer positivement les autres.
