The On Site Caretaker provides day to day maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping and general caretaking duties for multi family rental properties in Regina.
Working under the supervision of and in cooperation with the Property Management office, the Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Showing vacant rental units to potential tenants
- Collection and depositing of rental payments
- Providing safe, clean, and physically well maintained units and environment to all tenants
- Monitoring of condition of rental units
- Arranging for and co ordination of maintenance services (ie. plumbing, electrical, landscaping etc.)
- Completion of lease and related documents
- Overseeing contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of work
- Any and all tasks related to the efficient operation of the rental property on behalf of the property owner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,500.00-$42,000.00 per year
