**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Manage payroll, cash handling, and bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records
- Supervise sales associates, providing training & development to enhance team performance
- Implement merchandising strategies and pricing adjustments to maximize sales potential
- Oversee POS systems, inventory purchasing, and store merchandising standards
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service excellence
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using effective phone etiquette and communication skills

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base
- Exceptional communication skills for customer interactions, team coordination, and marketing efforts
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and budgeting processes
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, training & development practices
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong math skills for sales analysis and financial recordkeeping

This role is integral to our retail success and offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $42,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
