If so, we invite you to join our team at The Coverall Shop as a Sales Assistant. Our corporate apparel and promotional products division is experiencing rapid growth and we're looking for a dynamic individual to support our sales team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Support: Assist the sales team in providing excellent customer service to existing and potential clients. Address inquiries, process orders, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Coordinate the order fulfillment process from start to finish. This includes order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales records in our CRM system. Utilize data to generate reports and insights to support the sales team's efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings. Provide valuable insights to the sales team to enhance our market positioning.
- Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in promotional products or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
