Have a look at your responsibilities:

- Ensure fast and efficient handling of the need in order to satisfy the customer or supplier
- Follow up on the order or need, from handling to delivery or conclusion
- Solve any issues, manage complaints and inquiries, escalate to your supervisor or inform stakeholders when necessary
- in collaboration with all team members
- Plan order deliveries within capacity and coordinate shipments and transportation in an optimal manner
- In order to do so, you must:
- Have a highly developed analytical mind;
- Be rigorous;
- Have a collaborative spirit (You’ll have to work closely with all team members)

- Proficiency with various computer tools including Microsoft Office (A must)
- Proficiency in **French and English** that allows you to express yourself clearly and concisely (8/10, both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ideally 3 years of relevant experience in **manufacturing sector**:
