Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

Maintain electronic health records using software such as LibreMD

Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

Handle patient registration and check-in procedures

Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers

Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff

Ability to multitask and function in different MOA roles

Experience

Prior experience working in a Family medical clinic setting

Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Joining our team as a Medical Office Assistant offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare setting.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
